Please read carefully 

* A 50% deposit is required for all prop hire items and floral hires . This deposit confirms your booking .. Final payment of hire items required 5 days before event. .. If you have booked a hire  item 50% of total invoice amount needs to be made 2  days after you receive the  invoice to secure the booking ..If payment isn’t made the item will be available to others .

 

*Very important information regarding booking with Moments and Memories 

We recommend only paying 50% of the  deposit only due to the on going corona virus situation .. 

 

*Our corona virus policy regarding refunds 

And refunds in general ..

 

Please read very carefully the below information regarding snap lockdowns / lockdowns / restrictions and our deposit policy .. 

Booking your event is at your own risk 

 

*If you do not agree with the following non refund policy then please do not accept this invoice and go through a supplier who does have refund policy in place . 


 

 

*Strictly all 50% deposits paid for event bookings  , floral hire, props and signage are non refundable .. *

This money is used to prepare your event, hold your booking  and to buy products that are needed for your event . We often prepare your event weeks or months in advance by sourcing florals / decal / props .. 

*A credit of 18 months will only be given if you choose to postpone or in the case of a lockdown we will work with you to reschedule your event to a date that will be suitable for both of us .. A credit can be used for same event at a later date ( subject to availability of props and flowers ) or another event if current one is cancelled .. If you choose to cancel no refund will be given . This deposit is not transferable to dried florals or other signage .. 

 

Cancellations 

If you choose to cancel your event your deposit is non refundable . You can accept a credit to be used for another event at a later date . Valid for 18mths . 

 

Why we have a non refund policy ?

Because we are working on your event  before it happens . We order signage , we spend time with you to communicate what you’re booking . We also re do our flowers so they are prepared . This is where your deposit goes . We do not do this for free .. 

The balance is delivering your set up to your venue .. 

 

Bookings 

*This is only a tentative booking until a deposit is made . 

These are hire items and are reused after your event . These products are kept as new and clean as possibly . .. Acrylic boards and painted arches are thoroughly polished and painted but as all hire items you will see minor imperfections as they are handled all the time 

 

*Upon arrival at your venue or home the props will be placed in the position/area space  that was advised during the consultation and booking . These props should preferably be placed in front of a wall . Kids are not to play near the props or touch the props . They are not to be moved at all .. . They are purely as a decorative means to take photos /cut cake . 

Please be mindful that these can cause injury if they were to fall so do not allow kids to be playing around them .. 

Do not pull out or touch florals on the arrangements . These are not to keep nor to be plucked . Any damage to florals or props will be paid for .. 

 

Outdoor events 

We not recommend using these props outdoors or in park areas 

 

Floor Mats !!!

These are reusable floor mats . There are minor scratches on them from people stepping on them . These scratches are not visible in photos or very noticeable with the set up. If you want a new floor mat or personalised the cost is $400 above the quote . 

 

Props 

Our props are painted and kept in as good condition as possible . They’re reused over and over . All the mechanics of them are at the back . Weights and clamps are not visible from the front . 

We recommend placing the set up against a wall so you can’t see the back mechanics

By accepting this Invoice you are agreeing to the terms of conditions 

*If paying cash please organise a time to drop off 50% deposit to stock court Pascoe vale warehouse 7 within 5 days of booking date . Balance of cash required week of event 

Moments and Memories reserves the right to seek compensation and damages, from event companies , event artist , artificial florist , fabricator if their work has been reproduced without the written permission and consent of Moments and Memories owner Liz Dalama .
